Your mission

In Tech we have two main work streams

• Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this
• Operating System for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations

At 1KOMMA5°, we seek a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Developer to join our growing team. As a UX/UI Developer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces across our digital products. Your role will encompass a combination of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and implementing intuitive and responsive designs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and graphic designers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions that align with our business objectives and elevate user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

• As a UX/UI Developer, you will be responsible for the conceptual and visual design of our apps from a user experience perspective
• You are responsible for the visual redesign and further development of the user interface design of multi-device applications for the Operating System
• You will also take care of interaction design and the design of usage scenarios and use cases
• You will also create wireframes, graphical and interactive prototypes, complete user journeys and polished user interfaces
• You work closely and cross-functionally with product management, our developers and external partners

Your profile

You have

• a degree or training in interface design, media design, communication design or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the field of user-centered design
• You are able to transform complex processes into self-explanatory designs
• Flair for aesthetics, design and user behavior
• Conceptual thinking and passion for UX topics
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Active interest in web design, technologies and trends
• Enjoy developing groundbreaking visual projects
• Enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
